Michael has been practicing yoga since 2012 when Life propelled him to seek a healthier and happier lifestyle. He started with Hatha Yoga and shortly after found Kundalini, which resonated deeply and has remained his main practice ever since. From 2016-2017 Michael attended and graduated from Ravi Singh & Ana Brett's 200 hour Teacher Training program.
Through regular practice of Kundalini Yoga, Michael has experienced evolutionary healing, peace, and insight. He sees these as birthrights for every soul and desires to help people connect and stay in touch with their original light to experience lasting fulfillment.
Michael is a multi-instrumentalist musician and experienced gardener. These platforms color his classes with a variety of sound currents and earth wisdom.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga. It consists of active and passive asana-based kriyas (sets of exercises designed in a specific arrangement to work synergistically together), pranayama (breath work), and meditations which target the whole body system (nervous system, glands, mental faculties, chakras) to develop awareness, consciousness and personal strength. Kundalini Yoga doesn’t just work the physical body, but the mind and energetic bodies all at the same time. As a result, many people find it provides results very quickly.
