Join Noelle Tedford RYT and Kristin Armstrong LMT for an afternoon of relaxing restorative yoga with massage event.

Massage will be offered throughout the restorative sequence to encourage and deepen relaxation.

Restorative yoga utilizes a sequence of poses that you will be guided into that allow gravity to pull the body into proper stretches. There is minimal effort required and is encouraged for people of all experience levels. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and recharging practice. Come relax, recharge and reset!

$60 for the session - this event is limited to 10 people so sign up in advance to reserve your spot!

Have you always wanted to try yoga, but feel intimidated walking into a studio? Have you been practicing for a while and are looking to refine the foundations of your practice?

 

Join Sarah for a 6 week beginners yoga series, designed to relieve you of any worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga a positive experience. This workshop series is meant for beginners or anyone interested in a deeper introduction to yoga. You will learn about the fundamentals of yoga through a nurturing and engaging learning environment in which you will explore your potential and all the benefits yoga has to offer. You will learn basic breathing and meditation techniques and basic yoga poses. Each week will build upon the next and culminates with an integrated practice during our final week.

Join Melissa Light, Integrative Health Coach and Yoga Instructor for an afternoon centered on cultivating a healthy digestive system.

During this two hour workshop we’ll explore our digestive system, looking at it from a holistic perspective. We’ll view our digestive system through the lens of the koshas, which in yoga, these are the different layers of our being (physical, energetic, and mental/emotional, wisdom, bliss). We are each unique beings, and when it comes to our second brain, our gut, we need to learn to discern what supports a thriving and healthy gut and what does not. Discernment requires us to be able to witness and observe/notice what is happening, without judgement or attachment and listening to our higher wisdom. Our digestive system is impacted by much more than just the foods we eat and to support our whole being, we must look at all aspects that are involved.

This workshop will include the following topics, tools and techniques:
-journaling
-meditation
-food
-asana (yoga postures)
-pranayama (breath expansion)
-chakras (energy centers)
-ayurveda principles
-prana vayus (energy/air currents in the body)
-essential oils
