Tai Chi is practiced as an exercise for health and relaxation, and can also be taught as a system of self-defense and martial applications. In this class the focus is on health. A 13 movement short form of Tai Chi will be taught including energizing warm-ups, chi development and Tai Chi practice.

This is an 8 week series, beginning Saturday May 20th. Class will run every Saturday from Noon to 1pm through July 15th (No class July 1st).
Tai Chi requires regular practice, each class will build upon the previous movements learned. If you will need to miss one or two classes that is ok, there will be a buddy system set up so that you can review what you missed and keep up with the class.
Pre-Registration is required as space is limited.
